A Chicago native with a love and passion for food and cooking. I’ve been cooking since I was old enough to reach the top of the stove. It all started with my famous deviled eggs, that I would make for all family gatherings. Throughout my life, I have struggled with many food intolerances. While in college, I embarked on a lifestyle change journey to understand what was causing all my food intolerances. After completing grad school, I realized that my passion was outside the corporate America workspace and decided to turn my passion for cooking into a full service food business in 2020. My mission was to provide healthier food options and educate my community on the importance of health as it relates to food.
My intolerance for sodium was the driving force behind my line of low and no sodium Deelectable Spices. The DeeLightful brand offers a wide variety of food services including corporate catering, packaged lunches, private chef and much more!
My personal mission to inspire healthier, happier families by providing the best food, products and resources as well as the guidance needed to unlock the potential to make nutritious and delicious food that your family and guest will continuously enjoy!
