SHIPPING POLICY

Processing of orders is up to 3 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). After processing is completed, all orders are shipped using 2 business day shipping. Once processing is completed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Tracking activity will be available within 24 hours, as the shipping partner requires time to scan and route packages.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking activity will be available within 24 hours, as the shipping partner requires time to scan and route packages. You can also review your orders by visiting the order history section of your account. 

Once orders are dropped off to the shipping carrier, we have no control over the package. However, all orders are protected by carrier insurance. If an order is not received, please  immediately and we will launch an investigation. Please retain all proofs of payments and non-delivery. 

PICK UP SERVICE

Pick up service is available in the Atlanta, GA area ONLY! Chicagoland order pick up by availability ONLY!

Pick up service is available EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. 

Orders placed on Tuesday or Thursday will be available for pick up the same day. Orders placed outside of pick up days will be available for pick up on the following pick up day. For example, an order placed on Friday or Saturday will be available for pick up the following Tuesday. 

Pick up orders will need to be confirmed and paid for prior to pick up date. NO CASH TRANSACTIONS during pick up. 

All pick up orders will be given a pick date, time and location for pick up. Location changes will be granted 24 hours in advance, if necessary.
